Led by CEO Johan Bosman, Civitas was formed as a dedicated NewCo between LTV Technologies & Supplies and SBD Business Systems to streamline operations, ensure local legal compliance, and centralise administration, training, and logistics under one unified entity. This structure allows PVStop to be effectively rolled out across emergency services, schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, and high-risk PV environments.

PVStop Technical Partners work in association with Civitas Risk Control, the operational company supporting the rollout of PVStop and other tier-one solutions to the renewable energy sector. Their role extends beyond a single product. They help support the responsible introduction, practical use, training, and ongoing field support of specialised safety, risk, and preparedness solutions made available through Civitas Risk Control.
These partners help take to market a range of solutions that support PV safety, risk reduction, preparedness, and operational readiness — including product support, end-user guidance, training, standard operating procedures, evacuation planning, and related tools and platforms such as PVRX as these are introduced.
